Assessment Centre
Assessment Centers, also known as ADCs, are highly rigorous programs used for evaluating and enhancing leadership skills. To ensure objectivity in the selection process for key positions, organizations employ both internal and external assessors. These intensive interventions, spanning 2-3 days, serve the purpose of identifying individuals suitable for specific roles or pinpointing areas for development in those already occupying important positions within the organization. Our ADCs utilize a range of assessment methods, including In Basket exercises, Competency Based Interviews, Case Studies, Role Plays, and Group Discussions, to provide a comprehensive evaluation. Prior to the interventions, we collaborate closely with the organization to create a competency matrix tailored to the desired roles.
